EXCITING BUSINESS GROWTH - NEW OFFICE - EXMOOR PROPERTY

After 5 years of successful trading, I am delighted to announce that I am expanding the business from April this year!

In a new and exciting development we have acquired Exmoor Property.  Situated in the heart of Lynton, this will provide the business with an additional office on the stunning North Exmoor Coastline.  It will enable the team and I to expand our coverage for both the properties and clients we work with, whilst linking to our main hub in South Molton - Michael Adey Property.     

With this acquisition, I am pleased to announce that Lee Trevellick is joining the firm as a partner to run the Exmoor Property office in Lynton, working alongside the team and I, in continuing the strong reputation of both brands - allying modern marketing methods to the traditional values of expert local knowledge and experience. 

Lee has extensive experience transitioning from his former role as an Associate Partner for another well established North Devon estate agency firm.  Lee, the team and I have a combined experience of 80 years across the industry specialising in all types of property transactions. 

Exmoor Property was founded in 2004 by Greg and Sharon Lang, successfully operating as Lynton, Lynmouth and Exmoor’s local estate agency.  In addition to growing this well-established business and offering the appropriate quality deserved, we will be expanding our thriving lettings service to the area.  We welcome a conversation with landlords and tenants in addition to those looking to sell or purchase property.
