Greg quickly realised that a better residential and commercial sales service was needed for both sellers and buyers in Exmoor National Park. In 2025 Exmoor Property was sold to Michael Adey Property, another independent award winning Estate Agency based in South Molton. With a likeminded approach, Michael saw the opportunity to expand the business providing greater exposure. As part of this deal, Lee Trevellick joined the firm as a key team Partner, managing the Lynton office.
